The hard rock cover band Modern LP formed in mid 2011 with members James, Frank, Steve and Anthony.

Frank the drummer comes with years of experience in the studio and playing live across Toronto. Before Modern LP Frank played in a Beatles cover band. He decided to leave the world of the classics to join the thrills of modern hard rock. Frank loves to push the limits behind the kit.

Steve (aka Jonesy) rips up the bass like we've never seen before. His style allows Modern LP to cover a wide range of music including heavy funk, metal and of course rock n roll. Jonesy spent years in a Stone Temple Pilots cover band and has now found a home with some STP and a load of other great rock tunes.

James loves the front of the stage. His vocal range allows for the low bellows of the metal roar to the long crisp highs that come with rock ballads. James is a great front man with a natural charisma that shines on stage.

Anthony's guitar background stems from blues, rock and metal, he can hit em all. Occasionally he'll break out the Ibanez and Fender Strat but tends to use the Gibson Standard LP (Slash is a huge influence). He has played in many cover/original bands over the years and likes to have fun on stage.
